Inventory Find - Gain an Edge with Inventory Find

The Inventory Find interface is a crucial tool for any organisation that needs to track their inventory. This user-friendly Inventory Find makes it effortless to locate and obtain detailed information about your inventory. One of its prominent features is the ability to search for specific items by inputting keywords or item codes. Additionally, users can filter their search results based on inventory location and quantity. This interface guarantees that users have access to the latest and most precise information about their inventory.

Here’s how to use the Sapphire Custom Web Pack Inventory Find:

  1. Navigate into “Inventory Find”.
  1. The inventory list will display the following information in:
    • Inventory ID – Identification number.
    • Clear Field – Erase inserted inventory product identification number.
    • Navigation Page – Go back to Navigation Page.
    • Analysis – Load analysis report for the inventory product, you may select history level by:
      • Up to 1 year old
      • Up to 3 months old
      • Up to 2 months old
      • Up to 1 months old
      • Full history
    • Stock Count – Stock report regarding the inventory details.
    • Re-Order – Re-order inventory.
    • Arrival – Report of arrival of this inventory item.
    • Locator – Report of location warehouses for the inventory item.
    • Label – Start a label the inventory item.
  1. Specify the Inventory ID or a barcode.
    • Note – In case you specify partially ID / barcode – a list of items will appear and you can select the desired inventory product from the list.
  1. The inventory Find page will display two tables with information regarding the inventory item you have searched.
    First table will appear and contain the following information:
    • ID – Identification number.
    • UPC – Universal Product Code.
    • Name – Name of inventory item.
    • Class – Inventory item classification.
    • Category – Inventory item category.
    • Units – Inventory item available units.
    • Site – Warehouse Site number.
    • Stock – Stock counted.
    • Current – Current stock.
    • On Order – Amount ordered.
    • BackOrder – Amount of backorders.
    • Allocated – Allocations of inventory.
    • Un-posted – Yet to be posted inventory.
    • Available – Amount of available inventory.
    • Pallet – Amount of Inventory items on a Pallet.
    • Carton – Amount of Inventory items within a Carton.
    • Weight – Weight of inventory item.
    • Next Del – Next delivery date.
    • Origin – Inventory item origin.
    • Allergen – Allergy information.
    • Halal/Kosher/Vegan/etc – Type of diet it is suitable for.
    • Location – Internal reference code for location / warehouse.
    • Contain list – Percentages of each containing material of inventory item.
    • Description – Short description about the inventory item.
    • Stocking Months – Time unit of stocking.
    • Storage type – Specifications of storage.
