Find Invalid TFNs Overview
The SapphireOne Find Invalid Tax File Number (TFN) tool enables the user to search within the SapphireOne employee record and locate any Tax File Numbers that are determined as invalid. An invalid record may be identified for a number of reasons. For example, if there are not enough or too many numbers for the TFN. Alternatively, perhaps there is a foreign character within the TFN. Consequently, this discrepancy will be identified by the Find Invalid TFN tool and will list the subset of all employees who’s TFNs are invalid.
Therefore, each employee record will contain the relevant Tax File Number of the employee. Additionally, from the full list of employee’s SapphireOne will filter the list and display only those that appear to have Invalid TFN’s.
