Expensify is an Iphone app which stores receipts. The image of the cash receipt may be taken on the iPhone and SapphireOne will then asess the image for the required details using character recognition with this tool. These are then stored as an Epensify.csv file.
- When the user selects Create MP from Expensify SapphireOne will display a pop up requesting the Bank details, a Date In, an external reference number and any notes.
- Once the Accept button is selected, SapphireOne will display a standard search inquiry asking for the location of an Expensify CSV file and then will create a SapphireOne Money Payment (MP).
