SapphireOne Query Linked Transactions is a Tool designed specifically for Accounts History mode. Within Accounts mode, we have a History tab and by selecting the History drop down menu and going to Transactions the user will be presented with a subset of historical Transactions. In the example displayed in the screenshot below, there are five Client Receipts (CR) on the right hand side, and we have run the Query Linked Transactions tool. SapphireOne will then search and display all Client Invoices (CI) that are linked via allocation to the Client Receipts (CR).
- From the transactions list screen, highlight an individual Transaction or Invoice.
- Select Query Linked Transaction/Invoice from the Tools menu. All records with a link to the highlighted transaction will then be displayed.
