Trademark - Secure Your Brands Future with Expert Trademark Management

Trademark Overview

Trademarks are crucial for protecting a brand’s identity and reputation, serving as unique identifiers in the marketplace. With the complexity of international markets and the digital world, it’s essential to manage these assets effectively. SapphireOne’s Trademark Record Keeping functionality provides a reliable system for managing trademarks, making the process simpler and more accurate. Trademarks, which include words, phrases, symbols, designs, or a combination thereof, are regulated by IP Australia in Australia and must be registered in each country for international protection. Due to varying laws and renewal timelines, trademark management can be complex, and failure to adhere to legal obligations may result in losing trademark rights and potential legal disputes.

SapphireOne’s Trademark feature is designed to streamline the management of your trademark portfolio. From Assets > Assets > Trademark, users can view and modify existing trademarks that have been established as a new asset at Assets > Assets > Asset.
