Analysis for Allocation Audit Overview

The primary purpose of the Analysis of Allocation Audit tool is to provide the SapphireOne user with a detailed analysis of suspected allocations that may have discrepancies. This tool analyses all transactions in History and then opens the results in your default spreadsheet application. If there is no spreadsheet application available SapphireOne will ask the user to save the report as a CSV file. It may then be opened with any spreadsheet program and inspected for additional information. It gives a breakdown of a variety of numbers these include Allocated Amount, Total of the Transaction, the Total Allocation through the Control Account, the Control Account Running Total and other pertinent information.
