Retrieve Upgrade Values Overview
The Retrieve Upgrade Values tool brings in new data for SapphireOne when an upgrade is done. It is also used to load the Access Controls files that are then used to control access to menus. This Tool is located at Utilities > Utilities > Retrieve Upgrade Values.
This tool should only be used when an upgrade is done and a new values file is supplied under the direct instructions of SapphireOne support staff. This function is not normally used!
A confirmation alert will be displayed prior to activation.
