The Sapphire Change Priority tool enables the SapphireOne user to alter the priority on a tracking note or multiple tracking notes at once within the SapphireOne data file. When the priority of a number of tracking notes require their priority to be altered, the user can select one or multiple Tracking Notes and amend them rather than opening each one individually and changing the tracking priority one at a time.
To use this tool:
- Open the list of tracking notes in a list on screen.
- Next select/highlight the tracking note you would like to modify the priority of.
- Select OK.
The targeted tracking note(s) will be listed with all other tracking notes omitted.
