Standard Inquiry Function Overview
The SapphireOne Web Pack Standard Inquiry Function allows unlimited users to access in real-time all SapphireOne Inquiry functions from any device with a browser.
Client Master Records
Create new Clients and maintain detailed and accurate information of all Clients. The SapphireOne Web Pack allows users to check client balances and invoices, create Quote Client Invoices and attach or review documents linked to the Client. Once an eWAY account has been set-up, users can process credit cards within SapphireOne without the need for 3rd party Merchant Hardware.
Vendor Master Records
Create new Vendors and maintain detailed and accurate Vendor information. The SapphireOne Web Pack allows users to also check Vendor balances and invoices, create Purchase Orders Invoices and attach or review documents linked to the Vendor.
Job Project Master Records
Create and maintain detailed and accurate Job Project information. The SapphireOne Web Pack allows users to also check Job Project balances and create Purchase Orders Invoices.
Create and view Actions from within the data file to keep a record and calendar notes of things to do.
Within the SapphireOne Web Pack the administrator user has the ability to modify any unposted time sheets. If they are logged in as a normal user, the list as displayed will be limited to any un-posted timesheets that they have entered under their log in.
Create and maintain all tracking notes entered into SapphireOne.
Shows a list of all current, delivered and historical client orders and invoices within SapphireOne for the selected client.
This option displays a list of inventory items currently active within SapphireOne. This is also known as a SapphireOne Inventory Inquiry.
This option displays a list of all current services in SapphireOne at this time.
