The Management Mode and Utilities mode follow the standard SapphireOne system with regards to the navigation buttons and the usages. Utilities mode consists of three sections namely, History, Controls and Utilities.
History menu allows access to all transactions audit lines, allocation lines, invoices, sales lines, times and timelines which have been entered into SapphireOne.
Control menu contains the functions that control the SapphireOne set up including Company Inquiry, System Controls, Master Defaults, User Access and User Preferences.
This menu gives access to specialised functions and tools. An experienced SapphireOne administrator should only undertake these functions.
