SapphireOne Reload Pay Tool is designed for anybody working in Payroll/HR without having to close out of the Working Transactions screen to go and run Start New Pay again. You can simply be in a Working Transaction and go to reload pay and it will reload all the pays from Standing Transaction ready to process in the Working Transactions. Normally to reload Working Transactions the working transactions list has to be closed the Start New Pay selected from the drop down list. This tool does this without the need to close and re-open the working transactions list.
