Export Contract Summary Overview
This tool enables the Sapphire User to export a Contract Summary to a CSV file which may be viewed using a spreadsheet program. SapphireOne will start the default spreadsheet program and display the results. The user will have to select the save option from the program to save the results to disk.
Export Summary Procedure
Once the Export tool is selected SapphireOne will display a series of alerts asking for the start period and the last period for the report as seen below.
Once the final button is selected, your operating platform will display the results using the default spreadsheet program on your operating platform, Mac OSX or Windows as seen below.
Do not forget to select the save option from you spreadsheet program as the CSV file will not be saved if you exit the program without saving first.
