Find by Container Overview
The Sapphire Find by Container tool has been developed for SapphireOne users to select an invoice and conduct an Advanced Find using chosen items from the pick list on the left-hand side of the Advanced Find screen.
This tool allows SapphireOne users to perform an Advanced Find within the Sales or Purchases Transaction inquiry screen. The Sapphire Find by Container function searches through all lines within the Sales and Purchases transactions inquiry screen. The search displays the results of all invoices that have the corresponding container number entered by the SapphireOne user in the Value field.
The SapphireOne user can select a single transaction or a group/subset of transaction to search within. The Advanced Find function will search through all items currently in the list on screen.
