The Export Sales Invoice Against Plan tool allows users to efficiently export sales invoice data from Job Projects. This tool is designed to streamline the process of exporting and managing sales invoices, providing users with a convenient and time-saving solution.
Export Sales Invoice Against Plan Process
- From a Job Project Inquiry list, the user may select a single Job Project or multiple Job Projects by selecting/highlighting as required.
- SapphireOne will then start the operating platforms default spreadsheet program and display the exported data as seen below.
- If desired, save the file before exiting the spreadsheet program.
