Getting Started with WooCommerce- a few easy steps



In WooCommerce

Retrieve the API key from WooCommerce.
In the left menu select Settings
In the top tab menu, select Advanced
In the Page Setup menu, select REST API
Next to REST API- click on Add Key
In the Description field write the name of your shop
User is your shop’s email address
In Permissions select Read/Write
Then click on the Generate API Key
Copy your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret key
Now you’re ready to import into SapphireOne.


In SapphireOne Windows OS


In SapphireOne go to Utilities Mode
In the left navigator, select Controls then Master Defaults
Return back to Utilities Mode and underneath in Page drop down menu, select API
In the API Settings Demo screen, go to E-Commerce on the bottom right
In Type drop down menu, select WooCommerce
Insert Store Address
Insert your WooCommerce API key, the Consumer Key
Insert WooCommerce Password, the Consumer Secret Key
Press Synch Now for Inventory Link
Green tick to save and exit


In SapphireOne MAC OS

In SapphireOne go to Utilities Mode
In the top tool bar, select Controls then Master Defaults
Return back to Utilities Mode and underneath in Page drop down menu, select API
In the API Settings Demo screen, go to E-Commerce on the bottom right
In Type drop down menu, select WooCommerce
Insert Store Address
Insert your WooCommerce API key, the Consumer Key
Insert WooCommerce Password, the Consumer Secret Key
Press Synch Now for Inventory Link
Green tick to save and exit
