A function has been added to SapphireOne and it is called Workflow. If this function is active transactions will have an error code of WF for Workflow.
A status or error code of WF on any transaction indicates that the appropriate user must authorise the transaction before any further processing , i.e posting, is allowed.
A user with the appropriate authorisation credentials will have to approve these transactions before they may be further processed by SapphireOne.
The workflow function maybe found by going to Utilities Mode > Utilities Controls > Utilities Controls Inquiries > Utilities Controls Workflow Rules.
