It helps your organisation keep routine administrative tasks connected to live SapphireOne records, improving visibility, accountability, and follow-up across teams.
Manage operational follow-up through Actions, helping users track tasks, reminders, and activity that requires attention. Where action dates need to shift, Delay One Day allows selected actions to be moved forward by one day from the action list, supporting fast task management without manually editing each item.
Support employee self-service and internal administration with Leave Request, allowing employees to populate their own leave requests from the Workbook area. This helps Payroll/HR and managers work from more consistent leave information while reducing manual handling and follow-up.
Capture supporting documents with PDF Capture, which allows PDFs relating to transactions such as Vendor Invoice and Order Client Invoice records to be processed through SapphireOne. The drag-and-drop document workflow supports faster data capture and keeps supporting files connected to the relevant SapphireOne records.
