Credit Card & EFT Processing Functionality
SapphireOne has teamed up with one of Australia’s fastest growing payment gateway providers to deliver integrated credit card and EFT payment processing directly within the SapphireOne ERP, CRM and Business Accounting Software solution.
This functionality allows SapphireOne users to process credit card payments without the need for third-party merchant hardware. Payments can be processed directly from SapphireOne, whether users are working remotely using the SapphireOne Web Pack on an iPhone or operating from the full desktop client.
By enabling payments to be processed on the spot, SapphireOne helps businesses reduce payment delays and improve cash flow. The setup process is simple, requiring users to establish an account with the payment gateway provider before activating the functionality within SapphireOne.
SapphireOne supports standard credit card processing with built-in error checking and data verification to ensure accurate and secure transactions. Provision is also made for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), allowing businesses to support multiple payment methods within the same system.
