The user should be aware that this tool will convert the currently highlighted OCI’s or OVI’s in the list to posted SCI’s or PVI’s.
The Convert to SCI or PVI tool has been added as a convenient and quick way to convert these types of transactions while they remain in the list unopened for modification.
We have selected two SapphireOne OCI’s in the screen shot below for conversion to SCI’s.
Once the tool has been used, they will be converted to posted SCI’s as seen below.
If OVI’s from Purchases were selected, they would be converted to posted PVI’s.
