The Time Sheet – PR (Job Project) function allows project managers to enter job project-based timesheets, allocating resources to specific projects while in the field. This ensures accurate tracking of project hours and resource utilisation. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Time Sheet – PR (Job Project).
- Click on New Timesheet.
- Select the Job Project from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Date and Time for the work performed.
- Select the Resource from the list.
- Enter the Hours Worked and any additional Notes.
- Review the entered details.
- Click Submit to save the timesheet.
- Review Timesheets – Navigate to the Timesheet History to review submitted timesheets.
