Running standing transactions in SapphireOne allows your organisation to automate recurring financial entries, ensuring consistency and accuracy in your financial records. This guide will teach you how to set up and execute standing transactions effectively. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Management > Management > Run Standing Transactions.
- Examine the list of standing transactions to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Tick the checkbox next to each transaction you wish to execute.
- Fill Out Necessary Form Elements:
- Transaction Date – Enter the date for the transaction.
- Description – Provide a brief description of the transaction.
- Amount – Enter the transaction amount.
- Account – Select the appropriate account for the transaction.
- Click on the Run button to execute the selected transactions.
- Review the executed transactions for accuracy.
- Save the changes to finalise the process.
