The Show Reports function within the Management module of SapphireOne allows users to generate various reports tailored to their organisational needs. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to configure and generate these reports. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Management > Analysis > Show Reports.
- From the drop-down menu, choose the type of report you wish to generate. Common report types include Sales, Inventory, and Financial reports.
- After selecting the report type, configure the necessary criteria:
- Date Range – Select the start and end dates for the report.
- Filters – Apply any relevant filters such as department, product category, or client.
- Format – Choose the desired format for the report (HTML or CSV).
- Click on the Generate Report button.
- The report will be displayed in a new tab or downloaded in the selected format.
- If the report is displayed in HTML format, you can export it by clicking on the Export button.
- Choose the desired export format (CSV) for further analysis in external spreadsheet programs.
