This section covers the management of asset locations, which helps in tracking where each asset is physically located within your organisation.
Add a New Asset Location
- Navigate to Assets Mode > Assets General > Assets General Inquiries > Assets Locations.
- Click on the New button to create a new location.
- Fill out the following mandatory fields:
- Location ID – Unique identifier for the location.
- Description – Brief description of the location.
- Click Save to add the new location.
Update an Existing Asset Location
- Navigate to Assets Mode > Assets General > Assets General Inquiries > Assets Locations.
- Select the location you wish to update from the list.
- Modify the necessary fields and click Save to update the record.
Delete an Asset Location
- Navigate to Assets Mode > Assets General > Assets General Inquiries > Assets Locations.
- Select the location you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete button and confirm the deletion.
