Manage Asset Trademarks

This unit outlines the management of trademarks associated with assets. Proper trademark management ensures legal protection and brand integrity. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Assets > Assets > Trademark.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
3. Fill out the following mandatory fields:
   • Trademark Name – Enter the name of the trademark.
   • Registration Number – Provide the registration number.
   • Expiry Date – Enter the expiry date of the trademark.
4. Select the asset to which the trademark is associated.
5. Ensure all relevant details are correctly linked.
6. Review the entered information.
7. Click ‘Save’ to add the trademark to the asset.
