Generate Valuation Reports by Method

The Asset Valuation by Method Report in SapphireOne allows you to assess the value of your assets using different valuation methods. This report is crucial for financial analysis and decision-making, providing insights into the current worth of your assets. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Assets > Assets > Asset Valuation by Method Report.
2. Select Criteria:
   • Range Menu – Choose the period for which you want the report.
   • Depart Menu – Select the department if you want to filter by a specific department.
3. Display Options:
   • Outstanding + Accrued Checkbox – Check this box if you want to include outstanding and accrued amounts in the report.
4. Click the Recalculate button to generate the report.
5. Use the Export to HTML or Export to CSV buttons to save the report in your desired format.
6. Click the Print button if you need a hard copy.
