When a Sapphire tool is required, the user generally selects the small arrow to the right hand side of the tools Icon . SapphireOne will then display a drop down list of relevant tools for the function currently being processed. When the user directly selects the tools button itself, SapphireOne will immediately execute the very first item in the list as outlined to follow.

For the function selected in the screenshot to the right, when the tools icon itself is selected, SapphireOne will execute the Custom Modify function.
For each and every function in SapphireOne, the first item in the tools menu may be different so check before directly clicking on the tools button.
