Overview
When entering financial amounts SapphireOne will calculate from the most recently entered data.
This function works in most areas within SapphireOne.
- Rate – Is entered on an item by item basis. This SapphireOne will recalculate the Amount and Total.
- Amount – This is for the Amount for the line which is ex Tax. (Warning this will alter the Tax Rate).
- Total – This is for the line Total including Tax. Altering this will reset both the Amount ex tax, and the Rate for the selected line item.
