Softphone Palette Overview

The Softphone Palette Contact will allow you to answer incoming calls and will open the relevant contact screen in relation to the incoming caller. The feature will additionally log the details of the call within the SapphireOne workbook Softphone logbook.

Please note that while the Contact icon appears on all screens in SapphireOne. It will not be active as the SpliceCom software will have to be installed first. For additional details go to http://splicecom.com
