Job Project Financials Overview

The Job Project Financials Report within SapphireOne Job Projects mode produces Management reports for each Project. Project Actuals or Project Budgets may be printed from this report.

When the Job Project Financials Report function is selected from the Job Projects Menu, SapphireOne will present a print dialog screen for the user to select and customise the criteria and data they would like included within the Job Project Financials Report.

This report is similar to the Standard Financials… report in the General Ledger menu in Accounts Mode

Print Destination Menu

The Print Destination Menu allows the user to choose the destination for the Report, and select from the options which include Printer, Custom Report, Quick Report and Labels.

Printer Tells SapphireOne to send the report straight to the Printer. 
Custom Report This allows the user to create a custom designed report. Once it has been created the user will be able to use this option from the Print Destination menu. 
CSVExported as a CSV file which can be opened by any external spreadsheet program.

Report Type Menu

Selecting the Report Type Menu option will enable the user to print different layout styles of the Details Report.

BalanceBalance for the project General Ledger.
Income and CostsIncome and costs the selected Job Project
Joint Venture DetailJoint Venture detail
Joint Venture SummaryJoint venture summary – Use the Options button to open a dialogue which will provide options to establish the period.

Report Details Menu

No SortNo sort performed, the report is printed as it is in the list on screen.
Use Account IDSorted and totaled by each General Ledger Account ID.
Use Account ClassSorted and totalled by each General Ledger Account ID broken down by account
Use Project IDPrints the report with the UDF information.
Use Project ClassPrints the report with the alternate information.

Report Selection Menu

Active OnlyThis will display all inventory items, excluding inactive inventory items.
Current SelectionThis will display the current selection of records only.

Report Buttons

Print ButtonSelect this button to Print the Report.
Cancel ButtonSelect this to button Cancel the Report.
Record List ButtonSelecting this button brings up a list of all inventory items within the users SapphireOne data file. The user can then use the ‘command/F’ and ‘ctrl/F’ search function to search for the inventory item to be printed.
Options ButtonThe options button can be used to select periods and/or the actual & budget options for comparison reports.The Options Button allows for even further customisation of the Report.
Queue ButtonSelecting this button will put the report in a Queue, allowing the user to select the time and day for the report to run and print.
Background ButtonSelecting this button allows the user to run the report in the background of the SapphireOne server, allowing the user to continue with other tasks while the report is generating.

The user also has the option to create custom reports using SapphireOne Quick Reports or Custom Reports.
