Job Project Financials Overview
The Job Project Financials Report within SapphireOne Job Projects mode produces Management reports for each Project. Project Actuals or Project Budgets may be printed from this report.
When the Job Project Financials Report function is selected from the Job Projects Menu, SapphireOne will present a print dialog screen for the user to select and customise the criteria and data they would like included within the Job Project Financials Report.
Print Destination Menu
The Print Destination Menu allows the user to choose the destination for the Report, and select from the options which include Printer, Custom Report, Quick Report and Labels.
|Printer||Tells SapphireOne to send the report straight to the Printer.|
|Custom Report||This allows the user to create a custom designed report. Once it has been created the user will be able to use this option from the Print Destination menu.|
|CSV||Exported as a CSV file which can be opened by any external spreadsheet program.|
Report Type Menu
Selecting the Report Type Menu option will enable the user to print different layout styles of the Details Report.
|Balance||Balance for the project General Ledger.|
|Income and Costs||Income and costs the selected Job Project|
|Joint Venture Detail||Joint Venture detail|
|Joint Venture Summary||Joint venture summary – Use the Options button to open a dialogue which will provide options to establish the period.|
Report Details Menu
|No Sort||No sort performed, the report is printed as it is in the list on screen.|
|Use Account ID||Sorted and totaled by each General Ledger Account ID.|
|Use Account Class||Sorted and totalled by each General Ledger Account ID broken down by account|
|Use Project ID||Prints the report with the UDF information.|
|Use Project Class||Prints the report with the alternate information.|
Report Selection Menu
|Active Only||This will display all inventory items, excluding inactive inventory items.|
|Current Selection||This will display the current selection of records only.|
|Print Button||Select this button to Print the Report.|
|Cancel Button||Select this to button Cancel the Report.|
|Record List Button||Selecting this button brings up a list of all inventory items within the users SapphireOne data file. The user can then use the ‘command/F’ and ‘ctrl/F’ search function to search for the inventory item to be printed.|
|Options Button||The options button can be used to select periods and/or the actual & budget options for comparison reports.The Options Button allows for even further customisation of the Report.|
|Queue Button||Selecting this button will put the report in a Queue, allowing the user to select the time and day for the report to run and print.|
|Background Button||Selecting this button allows the user to run the report in the background of the SapphireOne server, allowing the user to continue with other tasks while the report is generating.|
The user also has the option to create custom reports using SapphireOne Quick Reports or Custom Reports.
