Dashboards – Inventory Sales – Overview

The Dashboards function, accessible from multiple locations within SapphireOne, empowers users to access graphical reports that utilise real-time data sourced directly from their SapphireOne data file. This feature provides dynamic insights and visual representations of data to enhance decision-making and data analysis.

User Access to Dashboards

Access to each of these Included Dashboards may be granted both on a user by user basis, and then on a menu by menu basis. This is done by going to Utilities > Controls > User Access Inquiry > Menus Page

Modifying & Deleting Included Dashboards

When it comes to the included dashboards, it’s important to note that editing, modifications and Deletions are not permitted. Users have limited options for making changes to these reports. These dashboards are designed to provide specific and unalterable insights, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

New Dashboards (Reports palette)

New Dashboards are only created by a user from the Reports Palette on the main toolbar. These new dashboards will automatically appear as the last items at the bottom of the Report Palette menu. This placement is designed for convenient and quick access, offering flexibility to customise dashboards to meet specific needs and requirements.

User by User Dashboards

It’s important to note that any dashboards created by a user will only be displayed at the bottom of the Report Palette for that specific user who created them. This ensures a personalised and organised view of dashboards within SapphireOne.

Included Dashboards – Inventory Sales

When the dashboard item is selected from the Inventory Sales menu, an alert will be displayed, showcasing the included dashboard items.

Included Dashboards:

When Dashboards is selected from the Inventory > Sales Menu a Select Dashboard menu will be displayed. SapphireOne has included seven standard dashboards which are:

Top Client Sales
Top 10 Selling Item
Top 10 Moving Item
Top 10 Profitable Item
Inventory Income by Class
Top 10 Sales Rep
Consolidated Sales Progress.

Total Client Sales Dashboard

The Total Client Sales dashboard in Inventory mode of SapphireOne enables users to assess their overall Client Sales. This feature presents users with a comprehensive overview of their sales revenue, with two time period options available in the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen.

This dashboard showcases individual Clients and the total sales they have generated within a specific time frame, such as Year to Date. Alternatively, users can opt for Month to Date from the drop-down menu.

Users can easily retrieve detailed Client Totals balances for each period, like the 30-day period, by hovering over individual columns to access tool tips. This feature provides a clear and concise visual representation of Client Sales, enhancing data visibility and comprehension for SapphireOne users.

Top 10 Selling Inventory Dashboard

The SapphireOne user has the ability to consolidate all inventory sales data into one graph. As a result, this graph will display the Top 10 Selling Inventory contained within your company or organizations inventory repository. The SapphireOne user will be able to see specifically which inventory generate the most sales and it will rank information in descending order beginning with the highest selling inventory. In addition, the SapphireOne user is also able to hover over a particular inventory margin and view the specific quantity sold.

This is an incredible tool for calculating profit, inventory sales, and stock levels, and also allows the user to see what has been the most sold inventory to date. The Top 10 Selling Inventory shows the top ten inventory sold in a particular time period as selected from the Total to Date or Month to Date drop down menu.

Additionally, SapphireOne users can hover over a specific Inventory Item they wish to examine, prompting a tool tip that displays the current Sales for the selected inventory item . This feature enhances user access to crucial financial information, facilitating informed decision-making and effective financial management.

Top 10 Moving Items Dashboard

This Dashboard in SapphireOne empowers users to consolidate all data related to inventory movements into a single graph or chart. This graph prominently displays the top 10 moving inventory items within your company or organization’s Inventory repository. Users can easily identify which inventory items are the most profitable, with the information ranked in descending order, starting from the highest volume of inventory moved.

This tool is invaluable for profit calculation and monitoring inventory stock levels. It also provides users with insights into the most frequently moved inventory items to date, presented in a visually compelling manner. The Top 10 Selling Inventory shows the top ten inventory sold in a particular time period as selected from the Total to Date or Month to Date drop down menu.

Additionally, SapphireOne users can hover over a specific Inventory Item they wish to examine, prompting a tool tip that displays the current sales for the selected Inventory Item. This feature enhances user access to crucial financial information, facilitating informed decision-making and effective financial management.

Top 10 Profitable Inventory Dashboard

The SapphireOne user has the ability to consolidate all inventory profit data into one graph. Accordingly, this graph will display the Top 10 Profitable Inventory contained within your company or organisations inventory repository.

The SapphireOne user will be able to see which inventory specifically are the most profitable, and it will automatically rank it in descending order beginning with the highest gross profit inventory accordingly. The Top 10 Profitable item shows the top ten inventory items sold in a particular time period as selected from the Total to Date or Month to Date drop down menu.

In addition, SapphireOne user is also able to hover over a particular inventory’s margin and view the specific gross profit margin. As a result, this is an incredible tool for calculating profit and inventory stock levels, and specifically allows the user to see what has been the most profitable inventory to date.

Inventory Income by Class Dashboard

SapphireOne users can effectively group their Inventory by Class using this dashboard, resulting in a graph that illustrates the income generated by each Inventory Class. Users have the flexibility to choose from the drop-down menu, such as Total to Date or Month to Date, to determine the data display on the graph. Furthermore, users can hover over a specific section of the chart to access a tool tip, which provides details on the quantity of inventory sold within that class and a percentage breakdown of the income. This feature enhances data visibility and allows for a clear understanding of income distribution by class.

Top 10 Sales Rep Dashboard

The SapphireOne Top 10 Sales Rep dashboard enables users to access sales and gross profit margin data for each Sales Representative within their company or organization. Users can also choose the desired time period from the drop-down menu, such as Month to Date or Year to Date. This feature allows users to compare sales performance side by side, providing qualitative data that can be aligned with any Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) utilized by their company or organization.

Furthermore, users can hover over the GP section of the chart to access a tool tip, which provides details on the Gross Profit that each sales rep is generating for the company.

Consolidated Sales Progress Dashboard

The Consolidated Sales Progress dashboard consolidates your sales progress report into a single graph. SapphireOne users can conveniently view their complete sales data in one graph, tracking sales progress across four time periods: Month, Week, Yesterday, and Today.

This feature provides users with a clear overview of sales performance, allowing for easy comparison of data across these time periods to identify any fluctuations in sales, including profit or loss.
