At SapphireOne, we continuously enhance our software, with new versions released regularly. Keeping your system up to date ensures you have access to the latest features, improvements, and fixes. Follow the simple steps below to check and install the latest SapphireOne version.
Step 1
Open your SapphireOne Application, then select SapphireOne Client from the top menu bar and choose About SapphireOne.
Step 2
The About SapphireOne window will appear.
Click Check for Updates.
Step 3
- If your software is already up to date, you will receive a confirmation message.
- If a new version is available, a notification will appear prompting you to proceed.
Select OK and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest SapphireOne version directly to your server.
