Query Linked Transactions
Displays all records with a link to the highlighted transaction.
Modes: Accounts, Utilities. Where: Transaction Inquiry, Invoice Inquiry.
Include Inactive
Displays records marked as Inactive in standard lists. Modes: Accounts, Inventory, Job Projects, Assets, Payroll, Utilities. Where: Numerous.
Show Parent Child Related
Clients Vendors – Displays all Parents and Children related to the selected Client or Vendor. Modes: Accounts, Inventory, Job Projects, Assets, Payroll. Where: Client or Vendor Inquiries.
Make Inactive
Makes an item or record or a number of selected items or records Inactive. Items will no longer appear in the standard lists and will not be available for use in transactions. Modes: Accounts, Inventory, Job Projects, Assets, Payroll. Where Used: Numerous.
No ABN Summary
Produces a report of all Vendors who do not have an ABN entered in their master file. Modes: Accounts, Inventory, Job Projects, Assets, Payroll. Where Used: Vendor Inquiries.

Clone
