History
History allows you to view and report any information based on the unlimited history available to you. History allows you to print previous/past payslips, superannuation reports, leave assessments and examine past trends and analysis.

Controls menu holds system defaults and the rules required for maintenance.
SapphireOne connection allows you to connect to SapphireOne Financials to download payment summaries, general ledger and upload transactions.
Controls also provides the ability to import tax scales as provided yearly by SapphireOne based on information supplied by the Australian Tax Office(ATO).
Tax Scales Import
The Tax Rates available in SapphireOne for Australia are collated from the Statement of Formulae for Calculating Income Tax Instalments (NAT 1004). If preferred they can be imported into SapphireOne Payroll/HR rather than manually entered.
Payroll Checklist
One of SapphireOne Payroll’s greatest assets is the payroll check llst.
This Check List is created in Payroll Utilities under setup Payroll Wizard. This allows you to perform payroll functions and check them off as you proceed.
This has two main advantages: if there are no changes to employee pay details, the pay can be performed within this screen. Or, if a user is relieving the permanent payroll/HR clerk, they can rest assured that all pay duties have been performed correctly and nothing has been omitted.
