Credit Card Processing functionality

SapphireOne has teamed up with Australia’s fastest growing payment gateway provider , to provide SapphireOne users the ability to process credit card payments directly from the system. Whether it be out on the road using the SapphireOne Web Pack from an iPhone or straight from the full client sitting on your desktop, this integration will allow SapphireOne users to process credit card payments on the spot without the need for any 3rd party Merchant Facility hardware.

To take advantage of this of this extremely efficient & economical functionality, SapphireOne users only need to set-up an account and away they go.

SapphireOne Version 13.1

SapphireOne Version 13.1 has been officially released. This new version increases user performance on both the SapphireOne Traditional and Web Clients plus contains a number of exciting new features.

These new features include:

- Improved navigation for day to day processes
- More detailed standard financial reporting capabilities
- Drill down report functionality
- Improved Dashboard graphics
- Improved Email functionality
- Streamlined Project Management functionality
- Expanded WebPack functionality
- Direct processing of credit cards from within the system

SapphireOne is also about to release an integrated Web Store that will allow for real-time processing and updates throughout the whole system.

The SapphireOne web pack solution allows for unlimited users to access various parts of the live SapphireOne datafile from any device with a browser. iPhones, iPads, Android Smartphones & Tablets, along with your standard laptop or desktop, can now be used to update the datafile in realtime. This gives users much needed flexibility and completely lifts restrictions on how and when data can be added into the system.

The web pack comes with a number of standard functions with user access easily controlled by the system administrator. Customisation of the web pack to suit your business needs is also available on request.

Standard Inquiry Functions

Client Records

Create and maintain detailed and accurate customer information on the run. The web pack allows users to also check client balances & invoices, create quotes/orders/invoices and load or check documents linked to the client. With an account, users can also process credit cards payments from within the system.

Create and maintain detailed and accurate vendor information on the run. The web pack allows users to also check vendor balances & invoices, create purchase orders/invoices and load or check documents linked to the vendor.

Cut down on double data entry tasks by giving clients logins so they can enter current or future indent orders directly into the system. Stock levels are tracked for current orders therefore only allowing those products currently in stock to be ordered.
