Reports Menu
The options under Reports menu are grouped into three functions, asset control, management reports and audit trail reports.

Asset Details
Either summarised or detailed asset reports are available, including the ability to print labels with bar codes.
Asset Valuation
Provides a summarised or detailed report for the two principle depreciation methods applicable to your datafile. The valuation report prints a simple report with totals only. The other reports display opening value and all of the relevant transactions for the current year allowing closing written down value to be displayed.
Asset Valuation by Method
Provides a detailed report for the various depreciation methods applicable to your datafile.
Asset Depreciation
Provides a summarised overview of Assets based on the primary depreciation method including historical cost, depreciation period, total to date data and capital gain on disposal.
Asset Historical Depreciation
Provides a summarised or historical depreciation report based on primary and secondary methods for the current period. It allows the printing of a ‘depreciation report’ for the prior year or the current financial year for each asset.
Asset Management
Reports can be created for internal use to assist in the control and tracking of your assets during various events that occur in the life of an asset.
Transactions
Provides a summarised and audit style report. An audit style report lists the General Ledger accounts to be used.
